Valves can stick on any head. I used E7TE's on my 76 motor when I pulled the heads. As long as there not milled to much every thing will be straight forward. They are about the best wrecker head you will find. You can find them on 87-95? HO cars, and ford trucks. You could try to find P-heads. I'm gathering you are trying to stay low budget.
