Check out Mustang Parts Specialists (http://www.stangparts.com). I checked it out and you can get a leather steering wheel with cruise for $100.00. They sell mostly used parts taken off Saleen or Rouche conversions, or cars that have been totaled where they salvage the undamaged parts. If a stock replacement is what you are looking for, you will not find a better price.
