Ask yourself this. Would you put a 265/50R 15 on the stock wheels?

That's basically what you are trying to do. I wouldn't try it. I think most people running the 10.5" on the stock 10 holes and turbines are 28". If they are running 26" slicks, they are 9" wide.

I agree with the statement that it has to do with the aspect ratio. 33x12.50 15 tires are like a 315/75R15. The idea is that you have 9" of sidewall to absorb the 2.25" additional width on each side of the rim. Instead of 5.5" to absorb 1.75".

I haven't run them, so I can't say for sure. I can say for sure that I wouldn't try it with my money though, hehe.
