Exactly what I was trying to say..it gets the job done, and it has been done thousands of times with out problems. How any one could say it wouldnt work, when the proof is at the track......... They must be thinking street tires, where that combination wouldnt be very good, but on a drag slick, that just has to go straight for 1/4 mile, it isnt a problem.
