As far as plugs, I recommend Motorcraft ASF32C, this is one range cooler than stock ASF42C. Also I would change that cap and rotor if its a year old, don't leave anything to chance, especially at that price level. As far as injector cleaner, I work at AUTOSTONERS part time and we have about 10 different kinds that go in the tank, I recommend VP fuels or TC3 in the white can, the rest is crap, what I really suggest is have ford clean them there way, a can of cleaner hooked up to the fuel rail under pressure, thats the only real way to clean injectors.
