I'd would also replace the stock aluminum bearing retainer with a new steel bearing retainer. Cost is about $40.00 so its not too bad. You might also want to consider putting new bushings and trans mount on the cross member since it will be off too. I replaced mine with Energy suspension polyurethane bushings and mount.
