Well, I cant help you out here....I usually dont go to bed till between 1-4am. and get up by 6-7a.m. I would love to be able to get my 10 hours sleep that I always needed!!!
Last night was the first time in months I actually was in bed by 11:45!!!! IT FELT GREAT! I might try that again sometime! No rest for the sleep-deprived!!!!!!
