Not really sure where you got the idea that you can make more power with a carb than fuel injection. If you want a blower then I think FI is the way to go. With a carb its just going to be to hard to tune it in right. With FI its a little easy to tune it in I think. I've seen a couple of cars with procharges and a carb and I have never been impressed they never run right.
