If your doing just a t.b. you shouldn't see much if any increase in power, but I guess you got to start somewhere...

You don't have to "reprogram" the computer when you swap t.b. and egr. Just be prepared to mop up some coolant when you unbolt the egr (put some rags under it before breaking bolts loose). And its always a good idea to disconnect your battery before getting started.

A 70mm is nice if you plan on some significant mods in the future, but as you stated you don't wish to stray far from stock. So your best bet is a 65mm setup...

If you have a die grinder, it's a good idea to gasket match your manifold (with it off the motor of course) to the 65mm setup and blend back as far as you can go then wash it up real good and bolt 'er back up! Viola! Ready for more mods!
