Have you talked to Diablo about the problem? I also have a diablo chip and haven't noticed any problems. Funny thing is that I am putting in 4:10 gears this week and will have the chip flashed to correct th speedometer. I also and going to have the shift firmess done to compensate for my trans go kit that will be installed the following week. Now I am getting a little concerned about the whole proccess. I would hate to trash the diablo chip for another, but if it is a company defect than I guess I will have to swallow the 200+ dollars. Let me know what diablo says.
