Take another look it's the back of your video card , i no it's there !
how many USB ports do you have (at least 2 , and they look like a big phone jack ) next a ,memory stick is a 2001,2 name for your memory. they come in what you could call a (stick in that form ) it can be 64 mbr ( mega Bite of Ram ) 128 mbr or 256 mbr ( you have at least 128 ( upgrading to a (memory stick of 128 more ) will give the ( what i would call normal ram ,256) this way your Browser opens faster ,your P/C runs nicer .. and it looks like you like sims , or games .. this will make them run smoother...But you still need a good graphics card .. and i no you have one .So look again to install that joystick.one more thing Ram or memory sticks are very cheap now so get youself at least 128 mbr more .. seeya
