![]() 250lbs is an insanely heavy sub box. Less weight means faster, but more traction does as well, and adding weight to the rear of the car helps traction considerably. 100lbs dropped weight = ~.1 ET reduction, but .05 dropped 60' also = ~.1 reduction in ET. So if putting 100lbs in your trunk helps you to 60" .1 or more faster, you'll be actually quicker in the 1/4 with it. Follow me?
