$25k is about what you'll pay for an '03 Premium GT. I think Mineral Gray rules and it should be there in '03 but if not there is a new color called Dark Shadow Gray and it looks almost the same but a little darker. Just go to a local Ford dealer and get a color availability pamphlet. Sonic Blue is cool. Saw it on the '03 Cobra Coupe showcar.
