![]() Sure, the hoses coming off of the water lines can be connected bypassing the heater core, a lot of people run that anyway that have droped there fan assembly completely for weight. You can get a short hose and run it from one water pipe to the other, ensuring there are no kinqs in the hose so the water will still flow smooth. Good luck, all you will need are you common tools and common sense!
