NO!!!! Don't buy it! I bought one last month because of the features advertised in the magazines (i.e. shift points, rev limiter, top speed limiter, speedometer calibration, etc..). The features are dependent on what car it is used for. For our mustangs ( I have a '98 ), the only feature that it carries is Hypertech PowerTuning. It also asks the programmer if the car has an automatic or manual transmission. That's all it does. NO OTHER FEATURES. I returned it the day after I bought it and got the $375 back.

Sounds like you want to edit the OBD II's program. I'm looking for a way to edit the car's parameter, I'll let you know if I find a programming pendant/editor on the market. I hope something is available for laptop computer, that would be sweet....
