Im in Canada but i assume the procedure is the same. I just got my offroad Hpipe put on. I went to air care and got it certified for 2 years. Then i got the pipe put on. In two years when i have to recert my car, i will go to the shop and have them swap it for a stock one with cats. then after aircare, swap it back for another 2 years.....easy as pie
