There is no lifter removal tool. Your talking about the magnets that go down the push rod holes to keep the lifters from falling in, when you do a cam swap. You need the tool to remoce the fuel lines, I would take the distributor out because it's alot easyer to get the intake out. Other then that it's easy, make sure to soak the lifters in oil over night.
