If you bought the car to mod...mod it. The value really comes down to you. If you are happy with your car and don't plan on selling it to a collector...then modify it. I just bought a 65 convertible 6cyl. It will never be worth a lot of money so I plan on modding it to the car that I want. Cheaper then buying the car that I want. I hate VIN numbers...
This winter I plan on dropping either a 289 or 302 in the front end and a 4 spd. Won't increase the value much but man will it move better. That is what is important to me. I didn't get this car as an investment. I got it to enjoy. ENJOY THE CAR...that is what it comes down to. Slade |
