Heard a 1996 gt with a Mac Tru Fit 2.5 inch catback with flowpath mufflers, and a bassani o/r x-pipe. Talked to the guy for a few minutes, and the car sounded sweet the whole time it was ideling, however, when he shifted, or let off the gas, it sounded like the thing was backfiring. I have heard that this is the expanding/contracting of the x-pipe. 2 days later, I heard a 1997 gt with the same catback, and a Mac Prochamber o/r H-pipe, and there was no backfiring. Also, it was much louder than the x-pipe. If you ask me though, nothing beats a off road h-pipe with 2 or 3 chamber flows.
