The damage will be hard to judge but defintely change the oil and then change it again after about 500 miles. This will help but there is not much else to do.

Pony your just around the corner I will be keeping myb eyes open for your stang, what color is it? My car is a 69 white fastback with all the deluxe options, I just finished my 393W and am trying to finish the blue interior, here is a picture before starting my restoration:
