Sounds like your pass side caliper is not working correctly. If your drivers side brake pads are more worn, or you notice more brake dust on the drivers side this confirms that. I had this same problem, I paid $13 a piece for rebuilt calipers at Auto Zone and they work fine now. Also a bad ball joint will cause the car to jerk to one side when you hit the brakes but then it goes straight, been there too.
