The X-pipe and cat-backs SHOULD be the same as a 2001 Cobra.
As far as a Cold air induction, I don't think that there is a FORMAL package for it yet. Take a look at the article in 5.0 Mustang. It looks like they just fabricated an open element setup. I've heard of folks using the blower pulley from a Lightning for a couple of extra pounds of boost.... That's all I've got right now.
