Default maybe put a nut and bolt through

Maybe you should secure the relay (solenoid) a little better, just to eliminate that problem too. I got frustrated after buying my third relay and actually put a bolt through the relay and a nut on the back of it to make sure the realy was ground properly. Just a thought in case switching the posts doesn't work.
