i just installed the south florida pulley system on my car and wow it pulls much harder now! I'm going to try and get a dyno tune this friday! it feels like a 75 shot of nos!! i really doubt you'll blow the heads off a motor with 8.5 to 1 compression but the cool thing about the south florida pulley system is you can get different size pullies! so if you don't want too much boost no problem just pick a bigger pulley i went with the lightning size but thats just me. good luck
