I install these things on drive on lifts and only have problems with the units that are not pre-assembled. I only have problems because it takes to long to fit up and tack I sometimes lose a good "fit up".
If you are buying from Summit or another large parts warehouse stock-piler, you are going to get goods that have been handled way too much. It is no suprise that the pipes don't fit just right. Compare what you are installing to what you are taking off sometime. If the flanges are that far off (tape measure anyone?) it should be obvious and you won't waste all your time cursing under a car. This goes for any part, throttle body to oil pan to tail pipe. Mike Mike ------------------ Live near St.Louis? Check out Mustang Muscle and Dyno in High Ridge, MO Check out my ride. |
