450-580 Eibachs are about 10% stiffer than stock, and EXCELLENT street spring. I used them.
THen I needed more spring for the track and went with linear 650# BBK springs. These were a bit much for the street, but did well on the track.
My point, that 700-850# springs will (IMOHO) be way too much for the street.
I run 425# coilovers (about 850# stock equivalent) and they are VERY firm, and not street friendly.
