well I'm in college now, and my last summer I worked at a ford dealership doing small mechanical repairs (oil, tires, fuel filters, belts, plugs...) and then this summer I did the same thing at a Pontiac/GMC truck dealer. And from the work that I did, and the help that I gave to other mechanics, I HATE to say it, but it seemed to me that GM cars are actually a little easier to work on than Fords. I'm not saying that it is a proven fact, just something I observed in the short time that I have put in. Must be why they paid 0.4 hours for an oilchange at Ford, and only 0.3hours at Pontiac

Now reliability is a whole different story
