Classic Design Conepts has a shaker set up that you can bolt onto the 99+ GT's. It is basically the same design as the Mach 1, and it may actually be exactly the same, I'm not sure. But that requires a new hood and intake.

You may be able to fabricate an intake like they have on that. Might be able to use a cross between stock and the S/C type.
