We've got pretty much the same setup BM fan, Stewart high-flow water pump, 180 stat, underdrive pullies, and a stock radiator. We were over-heating - ran a pressure check no leaks. Replaced the radiator with a Fluidyne and the temp is always between 180-190 max.

Are you leaking any water, have you run a pressure check. Have you replaced the radiator cap - as the spring gets weak and doesn't seal. Are you sure the 180 stat is working. Do you have the BM fan coming on at the right time?
