I know here in the Chicago area you have to go to Napa or CarQuest to get it done now. Most of the cheap parts places like Autozone don't do it anymore ( I wouldn't trust those idiots to cut a fart right, let alone a flywheel). $30-$40 is about average to get a flywheel resurfaced.
