Spec Stage I or II. I just put a stage II in my car and the pedal feel is about a thousand times better than the CF I had in there before, and it's cheaper and comes with everything you need (t/o bearing, alignment tool, clutch disc and pressure plate). The CF only comes with the disc and pp, they want you to spend another $20 for their t/o bearing.
