My vote goes to the SPEC stage I or II. A very good transmission builder by the name of Bob Hanlon who i talk to quite a bit once told me that a Centerforce is the killer of all stock T-5 trannys. Especially ones with a little power in front of them. If your T-5 is built it will be ok but those little weights shock the tranny when you power shift.
