![]() do not buy used slicks, especially in a size that you would question fitting....
i bought slicks from a guy that turned out to have severe dry-rotting. i was pissed. plus, if your rearend hasn't been touched (besides gears) hope you have extra axles. the stock posi sucks in that 8.8, i already fucked mine up on street tires. go with an auburn diff from ford racing. 250 bucks, will handle slick launches no problem, even with the 28 spline. go with 26" slicks. that'll keep your rearend gear about the same. |
