As far as your launch goes, 2500 rpm is fine, what you want to do running really shitty street tires, is rev the motor up to 2500, then pop the clutch, don't slip it, all that does is wear your clutch out, the tires will spin for a moment, as soon as the tires stop spinning hammer down, this should improve your 60 foot times, let me know what happens,
