Get it out. If you have trouble with a flexible magnet, get a strong magnet (one from a blown speaker works well) and put it against the pan (outside) where the wrench is. By moving the magnet up and forward, you should pull the wrench with it, until you can see it and grab it with a pair of long needlenose pliers.
