The $250 is a "good" price on a Cobra intake. GET IT!
Had one on my stock motored (ok, so I also added an S-trim later), but liked the difference even with stock EVERYTHING and still pulled 237rwhp (mind you STOCK). With S-trim it went 335rwhp. Now I run the TFS intake/heads/cam for (undynoed) 440rwhp?
