Well, since your closer to stock then totally modded like me maybe this suggestion is a little too advance for your setup, but it's good to know for future use. You can make the call.

They have a "chip" that piggy-backs on your EEC. You connect it to your laptop/computer and edit the stock binary codes yourself. If you do a dramatic swap on your car, you can "reburn" the chip yourself without paying someone big bucks to do it. It's a little pricey, but worth the money. I like mine If you are not fimilar or comfortable with editing the cars computer, then I would not suggest this.
