I pulled mine off at the track and lost one of the end links so I didn't put it back on for a while. My car had a tenancy to follow every rut in the road and made the handling very unpredictable (this could be from the stiff springs and no sway bar to balance them out, you'll probably be okay with stock springs). I didn't like it, heck it didn't improve my 60' times anyways. I guess my springs are too stiff (Eibach sportlines).
