Welded and bolted =)
I think most sub-frames come with bolts, or can be welded in. I'm going with Maximum Motorsports full lengths (the way to go). I should have them next week to give you an opinion of them if you're still looking. These guys are supposed to make some of the best suspension stuff. ------------------ Gunning for 12's!
