Hey,
I have a NOVI 1000 also and alot of people are having that problem. The fix is either get a power steering pulley from a taurus or do the march delete thing. I like have power steering so I am going with the larger pulley for the PS pump. It measures about 7" in diameter which is good because you should not exceed 1:1 ratio with engine rpm and ps pump
