It's not a head gasket or a compression problem, but it's not necessarily an oil pan gasket, either. You need to get under there and look around. If it's really bad, wash it off at the car wash, and check the next day for a fresh leak.

Places to check:
valve cover gaskets
front and rear intake gaskets
front and rear main seals
oil pan
oil filter
oil pressure sending unit
PCV valve.
