You got a good point. I've been mulling it over for a few weeks and I've pretty much convinced myself to go ahead with these. Here's some justification. These will go to one of the boy's cars. Oldest son wants to go with TFS heads and says he wants to wait until he has the money. Youngest son moved out recently and won't have money for aluminum heads for quite a while. I already have new springs and keepers. The valves and the cutting will run about 300. I'm doing the ports and bowls ( I like this part) About 125 for the rest of the machine work. Like I said, about half the price of a set of aluminum heads and he don't have to know about the cost of the machine work. He gets better heads and I get to see if I know anything about porting like I've convinced myself I think I do. Har-Har. Anyway, this is something I wanted to play with and if it works out well for him, so much the better.

Oh, and the oldest boy is turning his 89 GT into a FFR cobra this next summer.
