ok, i went outside, jacked up the stang, started checking out the driveshaft, the yoke was actually in pretty beat up shape, it had notches cut where it flexed against the u-joint, also i was driving around slow, with my head out the door trying to hear the noise, it's definately coming from under the car somewhere, also i noticed this problem started only on (deceleration) but now happens when i gas it too, my aluminum shaft is pretty old now, about a yr 1/2, so i may try and stick my stock driveshaft on, and see if that dont shut it up, if it does, im gonna feel stupid blueneonman, i think your on to something though, i'll keep posted thnx...
