i got a rebuild kit from them about 2 weeks ago... here's a first tip: do a web search for "T5 Rebuild: The saga" and you'll find one hell of a guide to doing a good job on your rebuild! ![]() you don't need both 5th drive gear (the big one) and 5th driven gear (the little one). they're actually both a matched set, but if you get a new one or the other, you won't have any noisy gears... no, the cluster gear does not come apart. you actually need to remove the rear bearing on the cluster gear in order to get it out of the case... good luck!!! p.s. before you reinstall the shift block (the big block thing that the shifter moves), make sure you remove the old roll pin before putting it back together... ![]()
