Um yeah.

That's your fuel rail. There are spark plug wires on you car. Start at the ignition boxes, there should be two one at the front of each cylinder bank. Follow those wires back to where they end on the other side. Those are your spark plug wires.

If you need to move the fuel rail a little to get your exstension to fit, they are sightly moveable. But I would suggest not pulling them off, its not needed.
