![]() Unbolt the alternator, put it on the concrete shop floor, get a chisel and a propane torch. Heat the bolt so it softens a bit, put the chisel on the nut and whack it with a mallet till it snaps. Angle the chisel to the side so you dont actually hit the threads. Worked for me.
