How about the master cylinder then? Can you pump up pressure, hold it, and the pedal sinks?.....that is usually a master cylinder or a leak at the caliper, there are brass washers that seal the banjo bolt at the caliper, did you mess with those, look for a leak on the inside of the wheel.

Also, this car doesn't have an adjustable brake bias knob that your not aware of does it?

Are you sure your calipers are not leaking?

Bad/leaky brake line(s)???

Are the rears really wasted???????? yank your ebrake and see how the rears feel, or if you can take a look.

Vacuum leaks maybe?????????

Other than that, I'm lost.
