Just a minute now JaxTheD, while youv'e got that motor apart check those bearings!!!!!!!!!!!! Bearings are cheap, pistons, valves, rods and cranks aren't!!!!!!!!!!!! If the crush is gone out of the bearings (ie: the lighter gray part, and if a copper color is showing you cold be in trouble) repalce them!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! No metal in the pan is a good sign but check anyway!! I've see it happen right before my eyes and I felt ablolutely sick after, the guy just replaced the shaft. Hope I've helped more than caused a guilty conscience. Trevor |
