Without upgrading y0our fuel system, about a 125 shot will be the most you are gonna want to throw at it. For every 50hp shot, you timing should be retarded 2 degrees. You also need to run colder spark plugs, and high octane gas.
As far as exhaust, its all in what you want, you can get dumps, where the pipes are not visible, or you can get pipes that are visible for the GT. - John
