 I cannot believe it... they are telling me they are going to try to fix it. Right now the estimate is over $12,000 and they are saying that the car is worth $20,000. Does anyone else find this strange? The car sells new for $23,000. Are they saying the the car only lost $3,000 of its value in a year? I can't figure this one out.  This is going to be a long process... we shall see what happens.
